1. Can I track my order? / Where do I find the code to track it?

As soon as the parcel is taken by the courier, you will receive a new email confirming shipment, with a tracking code to monitor it.

You will receive updates via email on the status of shipments and delivery.

2. How are orders shipped?

Depending on destination we ship either via the Italian Postal Service or courier.

3. When will my order be shipped?

Parcels are shipped 24 hours after payment.

4. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs 15 euros.

Returns of good

1. Can I return a product?

Under applicable law, masks and personal items cannot be returned.

Though, we are willing to evaluate on a case by case basis.
