Yes, I can make a tailored mask personalizing shape, carvings, and colours.

To make it, I need a detailed description of the mask you wish to get. You can gave
me these details through the Contact Me page.

2. Can I get a Sardinian mask with real horns?

Yes, I made masks with real Deer, Fallow Deer, Mouflon, and Bull horns.

1. Can I cancel an order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours from order confirmation.

2. Can I change the delivery address or other shipment data?

Yes, you can change the delivery address or other shipment data within 24 hours from order confirmation. To do so, go to the page Contact Me.

3. Can I add another product after my order is confirmed?
Yes, you can add another product to an order within 24 hours from order confirmation. To do so, go to the page Contact Me.

4. I haven’t received the confirmation email. What can I do?

The confirmation email is sent automatically, immediately after order completion.

Check your Spam folder and the Promotions box.

You may have entered the wrong address while making your order. In this case go to the Contact Me page and we will find a solution together.

1. How can I make an order on your website?

Making a purchase on our website is very simple, all you have to do is follow this
procedure:

Visit the shop and add the products you want to the cart.

From the cart proceed to Payment, where you can enter the datails about delivery and payment method, and can confirm your order.

2. Do I have to register to make a purchase?

To make an order on my website you don’t have to register or login, you just have to enter the delivery details at Checkout.

Nonetheless, we suggest to open a free account to be able to check your wishlist and save your checkout details.

3. How can I pay?

You can pay with PayPal or with a credit card.

You will be asked to fill in all necessary details as you proceed to Payment.
